"The pictures from the Vermont State Meet, levels 4-6, are now available. I have created a web site so that parents, friends,

I just stepped up when it was determined that a professional photographer was not going to be at the meet. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Set up for the meet will be Saturday morning at 7:30 am. Most important - I NEED HELP FOR SET UP AND CLEAN UP - 20 ADULTS TO HELP SAT AM AND 20 ADULTS TO HELP SUNDAY PM. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR NUMBERS TO HELP CONFIRMED. I WILL LET YOU KNOW EXACT TIMES WHEN I GET THE ENTRIES. I WILL ALSO BE ASSIGNING GYMS TO DO THE RUNNING FLASHING ADMISSIONS AND OTHER WORK DURING THE MEET - PLEASE REMIND YOUR PARENTS THE IF THEY ARE A TIMER, MEET OR WARM UP THEY ARE COMMITTED FOR THE WHOLE COMPETITION WITH THE DOUBLE EQUIPMENT WARM UP COMPETE FORMAT. THIS ALSO MEANS YOU MUST HAVE ENOUGH COACHES ON HAND TO HANDLE THE FAST PASE AND CONSTANT MOVEMENT OF THE GROUPS. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP IN ONE LEVEL YOU NEED TO BRING AN EXTRA COACH AND IF WE HAVE 2 LEVELS IN THE SAME SESSION YOU MAY BE IN DIFFERENT SQUADS. BE PREPARED - YOU CHOSE THIS FORMAT FOR STATES.

Session Assignments - Please read carefully All jobs will be needed from start to finish of the meet. All meets are warm up the event compete the event. All clubs are required to do the jobs below. Please set it up in advance so we don’t have to run people down during the meet.
I am good with help for set up on Saturday at 7:30am but still need 20 to clean up on Sunday afternoon. Theme is ocean for banners I have 6 seniors: Jenny Moltz, Jenna Lorenzini, Brandi Short, Janelle Gray, Meredith Burch, Kaileigh Fitch – please plan to have a short speech to give at the state meet.
